Day 18, slow snow…

Published 06.09 in category Greenland Fall 2019

Never have I dragged a pulka in slower snow on Greenland ever before ! Real fish-glue! And, the snow beeing 15cm deep does not make it any better...

After 8,5 hours and 24 km we stopped to build a strong camp to stand the strength of tomorrows storm that is coming. Hopefully it will not hit us so hard that we can’t move, but better safe than sorry…

The sun came through for a few minutes late in the evening, and it was magically beautiful. Exciting day tomorrow.

Cheers from Are and Pride expedition.
