36 K’s to the Pole

Published 17.04 in category North Pole Last Degree 2014

Pulkas are now la lot lighter than in the start. We have been eating good and had a heated tent every evening. Still the pulkas feel heavier than in the start, because of more friction. This means it has been a cold day.  Especially after the breaks!
Sun has been out all day, shining from a blue sky.

36 kilometres to the pole now, drift is good, but wind picked up and changed direction this evening. As usual we have had a splendid evening in the tent.
