Day 9, Still snowing! Heavy going!

Still snowing! Heavy going!
Today it has been snowing the most intensely since it started. At the moment we have 30cm of fresh moist snow, slowing our pulkas down. We decided to sleep in, and did only 5×50 minutes on skis today. It was really heavy, but we still managed nothing less than 7 km. Then we put up camp at 1790 masl.

Team member of the day is Martin Klein!
A really great German adventurer, who enjoys all kinds of adventures! From really high altitudes to deserts and the arctic. When he is not on adventures he works as a tax lawyer in Frankfurt where he lives (as you may have guessed) with his wife Beate. He has a great sense of humor and is always making jokes and quick comments!
A pleasure to have as a team member!

Cheers from Bård Helge and the team!
