Day 72:

Going up?!?!? To 815m above sea level. Antarctica never stop surprising.

Sidewind of 12 m/sec most of the day, calming down in the evening. Surface soft, drifted snow, this means relentless hard work. Exhausting!

43,5km in 12hrs skiing. 86,5km left to Hercules Inlet.

The team is weak, tired and hungry now. Give us strength.

Have seen the Mountains both to the west and north all day. Perhaps Patriot Hills? Lars, what do you think?
